There has been a lively and positive atmosphere across Libertus recently, with members enjoying a wide range of activities, events and wellbeing sessions designed to support independence, creativity and social connection.
At reception, a video slideshow is currently playing, showcasing recent highlights from across the service. It features members taking part in creative workshops, group activities, outings and social events, giving a real sense of the energy and community spirit within Libertus.
Recent weeks have seen continued participation in a broad programme of day centre sessions. Members have been enjoying arts and crafts, quizzes, bingo, music sessions, gentle exercise and seated exercise. These sessions are designed to support wellbeing, encourage confidence, and help people stay active and engaged.
The centre has also hosted themed events and special activity days, bringing people together through shared interests, music, food and celebration. These occasions continue to be a highlight for many members, creating opportunities to socialise, try new things and build friendships.
Alongside regular sessions, there has been a strong focus on wellbeing and positive mental health, with structured group activities aimed at supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Libertus continues to provide a welcoming space where people can connect, take part in meaningful activities, and feel part of a supportive community every day.
