What it is
Location: Libertus Services at 20 Gracemount Drive, Edinburgh
Schedule: Monthly
Time: Sessions run from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
Upcoming 2026 Dates: October 28, November 25, and December 9 (note that the December meeting is moved forward to the second Wednesday to avoid the holiday period).
Cost: Free of charge for all participants.
What to Expect
Support Type: Structured peer support and informal group chats to connect with other caregivers in similar situations.
Focus: Socialising, emotional support and sharing advice on managing carer wellbeing.
Special Sessions: The groups frequently host guest speakers and specialist presentations, Vocal and CLW coming soon.
Eligibility: Open to any carers connected to Libertus services, as well as external referrals from other organisations or the Royal Edinburgh Hospital.
